SUBSTANCE: absorbent article (1) according to the present invention comprises an elastic region. Elastic region comprises absorbing fluid and quick-drying sheet (KS) on its side of surface in contact with skin. Absorbing fluid and quick-drying sheet (KS) comprises hydrophobic layer (4) forming its surface in contact with skin, and hydrophilic layer (5) located next to surface, not in contact with skin of hydrophobic layer (4), and comprises multiple areas (8) connected by fusion, by means of which hydrophobic layer (4) and hydrophilic layer (5) are fixed on each other. Hydrophobic layer (4) is made of hydrophobic fiber and hydrophobic. Hydrophilic layer (5) is formed from hydrophilic fiber, and it is hydrophilic. Absorbent release liquid and quick-drying sheet (KS) is a sheet, in which, when 1 mcl × 49 drops of liquid are placed within area of 5 cm × 5 cm of surface in contact with skin and absorbed for 60 seconds, amount of remaining fluid is 10 mg or less. Absorbing fluid and quick-drying sheet (KS) is a sheet in which 50 mcl × 1 drop of liquid placed on surface in contact with skin is evaporated within 15 minutes.
