FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer nonwoven material (10) according to the present invention has multilayer structure (13) of fibrous layers including long fibers. Multilayer structure (13) has first surface (10a), which is surface of multilayer nonwoven material (10), and second surface (10b), which is another surface of multilayer nonwoven material (10). Second surface (10b) is formed by hydrophobic layer (12) including hydrophobic fibers (15). Hydrophilic layer (11) including hydrophilic fibers (14A, 14B) is located on the side of first surface (10a) of hydrophobic layer (12). Hydrophilic layer (11) includes the first hydrophilic layer (11A) and the second hydrophilic layer (11B) located in this order in direction from hydrophobic layer (12). Multilayer structure (13) includes interlayer fused parts (16), which have density higher than density in peripheral parts, and in which layers forming multilayer structure (13) are fused with each other. Interfibre distance for the fiber components of the first hydrophilic layer (11A) is shorter than the interfibre distance for the fiber components of hydrophobic layer (12).
EFFECT: multilayer nonwoven material (10) with such a configuration has high absorption capacity of a body fluid, such as sweat and urine.
