SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to osteosynthesis implants intended for splicing a first bone area with a second bone region. Implant has the first fixation area and the second fixation area connected to the first fixation area. First fixation area has holes for attachment of fasteners therein and can be attached to the first bone area. Second fixation area has holes for attachment of fasteners therein and can be attached to the second bone area. Between the first and second locking areas there formed is a guiding line for guiding the cutting tool, which sets the section line. Guide contour is formed by the inner edge of the frame structure formed between the first and second locking areas. Method of individualized implant manufacturing includes stages, according to which a real three-dimensional model of a mammalian bone is recorded, a target three-dimensional model is created and an implant is made using the target three-dimensional model.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of using an implant for osteosynthesis not only as a mounting implant, but also as a cross-section template.
