FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of oil and, in particular, to installations of borehole sucker-rod pumps. Downhole sucker-rod pump unit includes pump, string of pump pipes and rods, and pneumatic compensator with thermal regulator. Air compensator is placed on the injection line at the well head under conditions of low temperatures. Pneumatic compensator is equipped with an automatic system for maintaining working pressure. This system consists of a heating element and a temperature sensor installed inside the housing. Thermal sensor is configured to maintain a constant temperature, at which elasticity of the diaphragm is provided. Inner walls of the case and the outer surface of the diaphragm cover heat insulation preventing heat leakage. There is a control unit connected to temperature and pressure parameters monitoring sensors.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of device due to stabilization of working pressure, maintaining elasticity of diaphragm and reducing its wear.
