FIELD: railway.

SUBSTANCE: method of separate long-term storage of a set of metal collapsible ramp REM-500 includes manufacturing of additional units and elements according to the number of railway bridges or group of bridges, which are placed in storage near bridges. On the basis of storage they contain supports of metal collapsible ramp REM-500 and shoes. Spans are arranged next to the axles to allow their total length to overlap with the bridge being located nearby the damaged bridge. On the horizontal platform there placed are identical pads in the form of wooden bars. Length of bar is more than width of span. Said pads are spaced from each other at a distance that allows their connection by staples from ends and in the middle. Four thrusts are installed on the pads from the ramp set. On the stops, two main beams are installed parallel to each other, and between them pavement consoles, handrails, shields of paving flooring, transition shields, support parts and bolts are laid. Two diaphragms are installed between the beams at the edges. Beams are connected from above with two horizontal links. Above the links between the beams, the flooring filler panel are installed. Several pads are installed above and across the beams, on which two rails are arranged parallel to the beams at a distance less than the width of the floor panel. In the space between the diaphragm and the extreme pad, one gate is installed, which is a rectangular sheet. On one side of sheet at angles there are one hinged connection, which allows each of four rods to rotate relative to sheet around vertical axis. Rod represents rod with edges curved at right angle. One end of thrust is movably fixed in fastening of shutter, with which it forms hinged connection. Tie-rods are terminated with each other until lower ones are not elasticized in diaphragm, and upper ones are in pad. Tie-rods of dampers are fixed in such state by retainer and bolt joint through holes in retainer and in tie-rods.

EFFECT: more rapid delivery of overpass elements to bridge crossings is provided.
