FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: jaw crusher contains a frame (1) with two side walls (2, 3). The fixed cheek (4) is mounted between the walls. The movable cheek (6) is mounted on the walls on the eccentric shaft (5). The cheeks form a discharge gap (7). The spacer plate (8) supports the lower part of the movable cheek. The spacer plate is connected to a device for adjusting the size of the discharge slot in the form of a movable traverse (11). The two support ends (12) of the traverse are movable in the side wall windows (14) of the frame with their locking mechanisms. The return mechanism of the movable cheek to the starting position is made in the form of rods (9) with springs (10). The movable traverse is provided with guides (15). The guides are fixed at one end in the traverse body. The other end of the guides is mounted in the block boreholes (16) with the possibility of moving from the hydraulic or mechanical movement mechanisms (17) located on them. The biscuits are cylindrical in shape and are pivotally mounted in the screed boreholes (18). Screed is fixed in the side walls of the frame. Each support end of the traverse is installed with eccentricity in the cylindrical bores of the body frames (13). The body frames are located in the windows of the side walls of the frame. Each support end of the traverse is provided with bushings (19) with the possibility of their movement from the hydraulic cylinders (20) and fixation by means of splines (21).

EFFECT: simplified design of the crusher and increased reliability of its operation.
