FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to the compositions of biodegradable plastics, and can be used for the manufacture of molded products for various purposes, including food. Composition contains a hydrophobic polymer – polypropylene 40–48 wt%, biodegradable fillers – rice husks – 40–43 wt% and corn starch 5–10 wt%, dye – titanium dioxide 2 wt% and process additives – rice oil 0.5 wt%, caprolactam 1.5 wt%, glycerol monostearate 2 wt%, polyethylene wax 1 wt%.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composition with a softening temperature of 100 °C and biological destructibility after the service life during 12–13 months.
