FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: product consists of initial material in form of steel sheet with surface treatment. Cutting surface of the steel sheet is coated with cladding metal produced by melting of clad layer, direction of molten metal of clad layer by injected bypass gas to surface of cut and its hardening. Steel sheet comprises surface coated with cladding metal and surface of cut covered with metal of cladding layer of steel sheet surface. Width of thin part of clad layer, which is orthogonal to cutting surface, is from 0.27 mm to 0.5 mm.
