FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding of metal structures, in particular to welding of longitudinal seams of molded cylindrical billet, and can be used in production of large-diameter steel welded pipes with wall thickness from 12 to 25 mm and higher to 50 mm with inner and outer clad layers. Multilayer hybrid laser-arc welding of working seam of steel clad tubes with inner and outer clad layers, assembled butt-joint with a gap of up to 1 mm. Edge slotting of edges is performed with size of blunting equal to thickness of base metal. Apply electric arc with consumable electrode. Then they are exposed to a laser beam. Facing internal seam and outer seam are applied by arc welding.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of welding due to minimization of weld seam relative to the base metal and clad layer with preservation of anticorrosive properties of the clad layer.
