FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in development of injector sprayers for diesel internal combustion engine. Sprayer comprises housing 1 with conical seat 5 and arranged in it needle 2 with shutoff cone 4, fuel feed channel 3 and nozzle holes 9 and 10. Below shutoff cone 4, needle 2 has a cylindrical extension of smaller diameter with cone 6, on which there are annular gas-sealing grooves 11, which protect against the penetration of gases to the shutoff part of the sprayer and the needle cone. In lower part of channel 3 there is step 7, narrowing channel. Diameter of the narrowing step is equal to the diameter of the cylindrical extension of the needle. Section of channel below step is made in form of cone 8 with taper angle equal to taper angle of lower cone of needle. Nozzle holes 9 and 10 are arranged in staggered order, wherein upper holes 9 extend into side surface of cone 8 of fuel-conducting channel, and lower holes 10 – to apex of cone.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce deposit on injector sprayer parts and to prevent ingress of gases from combustion chamber into injector sprayer.
