FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: diesel engine injection nozzle comprises casing with taper seat accommodating needle with throttling-locking cone. Section of throttling groove represents unequal side trapezoid. Lateral side of the needle locking cone is arranged at right angle to needle axis, while the other side is arranged at angle, greater than right angle. Note here its length terminates at buffer cone base.
EFFECT: higher reliability in normal operation conditions.
