SUBSTANCE: biological cells of the biological sample to be analyzed are passed into the measuring cell of the flow cytometer, N cytometry parameters are measured for each biological cell of the biological sample to be analyzed, a point in N-space is determined for each biological cell of the biological sample to be analyzed, the coordinates of which are set depending on the cytometry parameters measured for the corresponding biological cell, automatically cluster certain points into different cell clusters depending on the measured cytometry parameters, identify cell populations defined by different cell clusters in the sample cluster file, count the points of each cell cluster in the sample cluster file, comparing the sample cluster file with the reference cluster files, where each of the reference cluster files is specified by the cytometry parameters of the corresponding pathological or abnormal biological sample.

EFFECT: increasing the speed and accuracy of the analysis of biological samples of fluids containing blood cells.
