SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a combined pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing a compound of formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a topoisomerase inhibitor as active ingredients.
EFFECT: combined pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention specifically inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in various forms of cancer, such as colon and rectal cancer and ovarian cancer, which vascular destroying agent cannot be treated due to complex mechanism of malignant growth inhibition compound of formula 1 and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, as well as a topoisomerase inhibitor, and therefore it can be effectively used for preventing and treating cancer.
