SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound represented by formula 1 or to a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein n constitutes an integer 0; R₁ constitutes a C1-C10 alkyl or a C6 aryl(C1-C4)alkyl; L₁ constitutes a C1-C6 alkylene; R₂ constitutes hydrogen, a C1-C10 alkyl, or a C6 aryl(C1-C4)alkyl, and R₄ constitutes hydrogen, a C1-C4 alkyl, a C6 cycloalkyl, or a C6-C10 aryl(C1-C4)alkyl, or R₂ and R₄ are bound, forming a 5-membered ring; and each of alkyl R₄, arylalkyl R₁, and R₂ is independently an unsubstituted or substituted substituent, such as a C1-C6 alkyl group, a halogen group, a phenyl group, a halogen C1-C6 alkyl group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a C1-C6 alkylthio group, or a C6 aryl(C1-C6)alkylthio group, R₂ and R₄ are not both simultaneously hydrogen.
