METHOD FOR STIMULATING FOETAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT ACCELERATION DURING INTRAUTERINE PERIOD WITH HELP OF COWS BOLUSES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A01K67/02 A23K50/10

Abstract RU 2724424 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to intensification of cattle reproduction. Method for stimulating foetal growth and development acceleration during the intrauterine period in cows involves selection of the desired genotype, parameters of live weight, single-type feeding during a year. That is followed by productive insemination, start-up and calving with fixation of calendar dates. Norms of mineral-vitamin boluses of prolonged action for ruminants are administered orally; foetal growth is monitored. Introduction of mineral-vitamin boluses to cows is performed preferably on 205–220 days from fruitful insemination, and on 245–260 day determine degree of preparedness of animal for calving according to changes of genus-genital ways. Vegetation is performed to determine the number of incised cutters in the foetus and the duration of its intrauterine growth. Degree of ability for accelerated growth and development of foetal organism in natal and postnatal periods of life is determined by a complex of attributes and referred to 1 degree with duration of intrauterine foetus development ≤ 260 days, to 2 degrees - from 261 to 270 days and 3 degrees - from 271 to 279 days in presence of cut cutters 5 and more.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing rate and growth of foetus in intrauterine cows.
