SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diaphragm valve (14a, 14b) with at least the following elements: elastomer membrane (18a, 18b) fixed by radial outer ledge (34a 34b) of edge in valve body (21, 38a, 38b, 36a, 36b) or on it and interacting with membrane valve seat (28a, 28b); with limited first, facing away from membrane valve seat (28a, 28b) surface (46a, 46b) of elastomer membrane (18a, 18b) and with possibility of loading with working medium and unloading by first distributing chamber (26a, 26b); with a limited second surface facing first surface (46a, 46b) of elastomeric membrane (18a, 18b) and with possibility of loading with the working medium and unloading by the second distribution chamber (50a, 50b) surrounding seat (28a, 28b) of the membrane valve. Invention provides that inner diameter (Di) of flow channel (42a, 42b) of working fluid ranges from 7.5 mm to 9.5 mm, and Shore hardness of elastomeric membrane (18a, 18b) is at least 40 Shore A, and minimum thickness (d) of elastomer membrane (18a, 18b), at least on central region (40a, 40b) elastomer membrane (18a, 18b) is at least 30 % of working fluid flow channel inner diameter.
EFFECT: long service life, advantage in manufacturing.
