FIELD: controlling distribution valves or valve injectors of internal combustion engines for vehicles. SUBSTANCE: piezoelectric drive has actuating piezoid surrounded by wall to form intermediate space. The latter is divided into top and bottom sections by transverse partition movable in axial direction. Top and/or bottom sections are free to pass cooling air flow (Lin, Lout) used for cooling actuating piezoid. Wall surrounding the piezoid has air-inlet and air-outlet openings in bottom section location. Air-outlet opening is disposed on side opposite to that of air-inlet opening and is displaced in axial direction relative to the latter. Actuating piezoid and its current leads are protected against ingress of moisture in vicinity of bottom air flow area by means of elastomer enclosure. EFFECT: provision for cooling piezoid during piezoelectric drive operation without using cooling water. 17 cl, 6 dwg
