SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to narcology, psychotherapy, reflexotherapy, and can be used in treating and preventing alcohol, food and nicotine addictions. Method consists in fact that 3 consecutive sessions of electric psycho-programming are carried out for 10–21 days. In the first part of the session, electro reflex therapy is performed on pre-selected biologically active points of the ear with simultaneous suggestion in the same ear. In the second part of the session, a transcranial electric brain stimulation is performed, as well as with simultaneous suggestion in the same ear. Subsequent electro-psychoprogramming sessions, second and third, are performed on 4^th–10^th day and 10^th–20^th day after the first session.

EFFECT: using the method enables reducing the length of treatment and prolonging the remission, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the treatment while reducing the cost for the institution and the patient.
