FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and method. Method of producing extracts of biologically active substances from biomass of cell cultures of plants in vitro of Potentilla alba L. provides for drying and milling biomass of root culture in vitro of Potentilla alba L. with subsequent extraction by 70 % aqueous solution of ethanol, filtration of extract, centrifugation of filtrate and evaporation of solvent. Extraction is carried out at ratio of vegetal raw material and extragent 1:20–1:5 at room temperature for 360–120 min, and filtrate is additionally centrifuged at 3,900 rpm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a complex of biologically active substances from the biomass of the root culture in vitro of the Potentilla alba L, wherein the biologically active substances extraction process is carried out at a low (room) temperature.
