FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and a vibration separation system for transporting and separating meat pieces comprising a frame assembly, having support posts, a screen supporting box supported by a frame assembled on resilient elements of the suspension arranged between the assembled frame and the carrying screen box, feed chute having an outlet opening and intended for receiving meat pieces, a vibration motor and a controller. Vibratory motor is supported and connected to bearing screen box for reciprocating motion of bearing screen box. Controller is connected with vibration motor to control reciprocating movement of load-carrying screen box. Screen carrier box comprises a first transportation section for levelling meat pieces in one row and a second transportation section, having a zigzag-like obstacle for elongation of the transportation path in comparison with the first transportation section.
EFFECT: possibility to process a larger quantity of products during the same period of time.
