FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to goods moulding. The device for moulding goods (8) contains an edible material, preferably meat, and an interlacer (5, 134, 142); such device contains a drum (3) with moulding indentations; each of them has a bottom and a side wall where the edible material is moulded, a storage (4, 91, 100, 110, 120, 140) of interlacers and means (9, 10, 33, 43, 63, 92, 101, 112, 122, 143) for the interlacer transporting from the storage to the circumference of the drum (3) where goods is placed onto the interlacer or vice versa. The bottom and/or side wall is/are made of a porous material. One uses compressed gas that is passed through the porous material for the food product isolation. The device contains a programmable logic controller for control of the interlacer position and speed of movement relative to the goods.
