FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paper sheets stacking and feeding device capable of stacking paper sheets, such as banknotes, checks, securities, into sheet receiving device and to produce sheets of paper from sheet receiving device. Laying wheel mechanism (30) includes laying wheel (32), which is located near sheet receiving device (26) and has several elastic blades (32a) on its outer circular surface, and guide element (38) for blades, which is located near laying wheel (32), for direction of blades (32a) of laying wheel (32). Guide element (38) for blades directs laying wheels (32a) of laying wheel (32) so that blades (32a) of laying wheel (32) enter the path of movement (for example, into internal movement path (36)), when laying wheel (32) rotates in direction of supply of sheets of paper into sheet receiving device (26), and that blades (32a) of laying wheel (32) are removed from path, when laying wheel (32) rotates in direction of paper sheets output from sheet receiving device (26).
EFFECT: technical result is providing reliable movement of a sheet of paper using blades stowing wheel in sheet receiving device.
