FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective composite coatings with high corrosion resistance and resistance to icing and can be used to ensure reliable operation and guaranteed resource of metal structures operated in conditions of atmospheric and aqueous corrosive action, and icing in Extreme North and Arctic shelf. Composite coating is made in the form of two-layer structure with different functionality of layers. Inner layer provides adhesion to protected material and has maximum strength and high tribological characteristics, and outer layer in contact with aggressive medium provides maximum smoothness and hydrophobicity of coating due to low wettability. Composite coating comprises inner layer and at least three layers of outer coating. Inner layer is made from composition containing epoxy resin, isomethylhydrophthalic curing agent and nanodispersed aluminum oxide. Outer layer is made from composition containing petrolatum dissolved in kerosene.
EFFECT: invention provides high corrosion resistance, resistance to icing of metal structures.
