SUBSTANCE: super-hydrophobic coating composition includes, as a hydrophobic film-forming agent, a liquid hydrophobic polymer film-forming agent based on fluorourethane enamel "Viniftor", a hydrophobic material in the form of a powdered mixture of micro- and nanoparticles of micronic fluoroplastic 4 "Fluralit" with silane-modified nanodispersed silicon dioxide Aerosil R-812, taken in ratio of 20:1, a curing agent "Desmodur 75" and an o-xylene solvent, with the following ratio of ingredients, pts.wt: hydrophobic film-forming agent - 100, hydrophobic material in the form of a powdered mixture - 10-50, curing agent "Desmodur 75" - 13, o-xylene solvent - 10. The method of producing a super-hydrophobic coating includes preparing a powdered component via intense mixing of micro- and nanoparticles of micronic fluoroplastic 4 "Fluralit" with nanodispersed silicon dioxide Aerosil R-812. The liquid hydrophobic polymer film-forming agent based on fluorourethane enamel "Viniftor" is the mixed with the curing agent "Desmodur 75" and the mixture is adjusted to a given viscosity by adding o-xylene solvent. The obtained hydrophobic material is deposited by hydraulic spraying on the surface to be protected and the prepared powdered component is then applied onto said uncured surface of the hydrophobic layer by electrostatic spraying. After curing, a super-hydrophobic coating is obtained, which is characterised by a limiting wetting angle of not less than 153° and a service life of not less than 10 years.

EFFECT: producing a composition and a method of producing a super-hydrophobic coating, having improved physical and mechanical properties, and improved anti-icing properties.
