SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective anticorrosion epoxy coatings. Disclosed is a protective anticorrosive epoxy coating intended for the protection of pipelines, metal structures and structures operated under conditions of temperature drop, in zones of variable wetting, in environments with high corrosive activity, which is a two-layer structure, in which the inner layer is a hybrid organic-inorganic polymer composite material, which includes an organic polymer – epoxy resin, a curing agent – polyethylene polyamine, an inorganic filler – nanodispersed aluminium oxide, and the outer layer is the same epoxy resin modified with an anionic surfactant, and the same curing agent, wherein the thickness of the inner layer when applied on the surface of the metal structures must be from 15 to 20 mcm.

EFFECT: obtaining strong chemical bonds between layers of the anticorrosion coating, its strong physical and chemical adhesion to the surface of metal substrates, as well as hydrophobization of the surface layer, which provides high protective action and physical and chemical resistance.
