METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIATION OF STRESS-INDUCED AND STRESS-INHIBITED VENTRICULAR ECTOPIA WHEN PERFORMING EXERCISE TEST Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2724841 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiology, to functional diagnostics. That is followed by a physical examination, ventricular ectopia is evaluated at each load stage and in the recovery period. If stressing occurs, ventricular ectopia appears and/or intensifies with faster heartbeat during exercise with physical activity or in early recovery period and disappears in the recovery period when the initial heart rhythm that was observed before the load is reached. In stress inhibition, ventricular ectopia is inhibited by faster heartbeat during exercise with a physical sample and appears in the recovery period with reduction of the heart rate to values at which it was previously suppressed.

EFFECT: method provides more accurate detection and differentiation of ventricular ectopic mechanism.
