FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to functional diagnostics, and can be used for diagnosing exercise-induced arrhythmias and conduction disorders in children. A treadmill test is carried out with a duration of 2 minutes for each stage. 2.7 km/h speed and 0% incline in first stage, 2.7 km/h speed and 5.0% incline in second stage, 3.4 km/h speed and 10.0% incline in third stage, 4.0 km/h speed and incline 12.0% in the fourth stage, 5.4 km/h speed and 14.0% incline in the fifth stage, 6.7 km/h and 14.0% incline in the sixth stage, speed 8.0 km/h and 14.0% incline in the seventh stage. The treadmill test is carried out until one of the criteria for the end of the test is reached: a given heart rate; the appearance or aggravation of potentially dangerous rhythm and conduction disturbances - paired ventricular extrasystoles, or early ventricular extrasystoles, or ventricular tachycardia, or registration of allorhythmia as bigeminia for 10 s, or atrioventricular blockade.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve the test termination criteria, evaluate chronotropic function in patients with conduction disorders, and detect rhythm disturbances.
