Holter monitoring of the electrocardiogram (HM ECG) is carried out, and if VA with distribution during wakefulness is detected based on the results of HM ECG, a test with physical activity is performed and the amount and complexity of VA are determined for each minute of each sample step. And with an increase in the number and/or progression of VA in the form of an increase in complexity, high-grade ventricular arrhythmias induced by exercise are diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows diagnosing heart diseases in patients with VA at early stages and preventing the development of sudden cardiac death by detecting high-grade VA by performing a stress test with a minute-by-minute analysis of the results.
