FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration measuring equipment. Absolute vibration displacement sensor piezoelectric accelerometer has its own housing, which is arranged in sensor housing, having an inner volume greater than the body volume of the accelerometer by at least 5 times such that between the sensor housing and the housing of the piezoelectric accelerometer there is a volumetric three-layer thermo-vibration-proof filler, which is resonance-free in the operating frequency range, consisting of three layers, having respectively 1, 6, 10 Shore hardness units and occupying, respectively, 20, 70, 10 % of volume between sensor housing and piezoelectric accelerometer housing, which is an assembly of layers of silicon thermopolymer and polyurethane, providing complete absorption of high-frequency vibration energy and shocks due to said ratios of layers of combined filler, electronic unit is placed in self-contained screen and connected to input interface of external device by double-screen cable with provision of double-circuit screening.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring vibration displacement in the frequency range from 0_4 to 200–500 Hz with amplitude of 3–10 to 1000 mcm, with simultaneous impact of random shocks and high-frequency vibration loads exceeding actual ones existing on hydroelectric units and any rotary equipment.
