FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding polymer articles and is intended for making articles from a compound under vacuum, specifically for pouring hydroacoustic receivers for extended towed antennae for sealing purposes. Proposed method consists in placing polyurethane components A and B in special container and in strictly specified proportion. After vacuum solution is filled into vacuum chamber, vacuum is created. Under vacuum, polyurethane components are mixed and degassed. Then the ready mixture is poured into a silicone funnel. After the funnel is filled with polyurethane, atmospheric pressure is restored in the chamber. After the pressure in the chamber is restored, there is a pressure difference ΔP between pressure in chamber (Patm) and pressure inside sealed filling mold (Ppr). ΔP = Patm − Ppr. Due to pressure difference filling compound fills bin and then fills the gates with converters installed in them through gates.

EFFECT: technical result is sealing of receivers of arbitrary shape, high labour productivity and manufacturability of production.
