FIELD: vacuum casting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to small-scale production of parts by vacuum casting in silicone molds. The method for pouring several molds of different volumes includes the following steps: the programming mode is switched on and the mold is filled in a vacuum, the material is mixed in the bowl, after which the bowl is overturned and the mixture is poured into a receiving funnel. Further, using the flow control system, the total flow of material is divided into the required number of directions for subsequent pouring of the material into each silicone mold, at the end of the pouring process, the vacuum is released from the chamber, the programming mode for the mold automatically stops, and data on the pouring speed is stored in the controller's memory. Before starting work, scales are connected to the filling system, separate for each mold, with the help of which the weight of each silicone mold is determined and entered into the silicone mold filling controller in order to determine the filling percentage of each silicone mold by the controller. The flow of material through the nozzles is controlled by eccentrics mounted on the motors, the mass of silicone molds is controlled by weights as they are filled and this information is transmitted to the controller, the percentage of filling of each silicone mold with material is determined by means of the controller. By adjusting the flow of material, an equal percentage of filling of each silicone mold is maintained during the process of filling them with material.
EFFECT: increasing the number of manufactured parts in one production cycle without limiting the complexity and size of simultaneously manufactured castings.
