FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and is intended for controlling quality of sealing road pavements in the middle, at the end and after the compaction process is completed by measuring porosity and density without disturbing the surface of the road surface and simplifies the design of the device and the measurement process. On base 1, on the upper side in its middle part, two lower brackets 4 are fixed, which are paired with upper brackets 5 movably relative to each other on one side through axis of rotation 6 with possibility of angular rotation relative to lower brackets 4. Inside each of two movable upper bracket 5 there arranged is one pneumatic cylinder 7 connected by its end face 8 through separate axis 9 with its upper bracket 5. On the other side, upper brackets 5 are interconnected by bar 10 with handle 11 arranged thereon for lifting with possibility of angular rotation relative to rotation axes 6 of upper brackets 5, while filling cavities 12 of pneumatic cylinders 7 with air supplied with a certain degree of vacuum into one pneumatic cylinder through hose 13 from working chamber 14 of device, and in the other pneumatic cylinder – from the atmosphere through adjustable through the hole of adjustable valve 15. Inside pneumatic cylinders 7 there are pistons 16 with formation of cavities 12 for filling with a certain vacuum, at that pistons 16 are structurally made with sealing rings 17 so that to create rarefaction of air. Each piston 16 is rigidly connected with rod 18. Stems 18 are connected with L-shaped cross-section rocker 19 through ellipsoidal holes 20 in vertical wall 21 along its edges. Through lower wall 22, rocker 19 can turn horizontally in one direction or another relative to middle vertical hinge 23 fixed in center of horizontal plank 24. Latter is connected with axles 25 of lower brackets 4 rigidly. Horizontal plank 24 has applied on it red 26 and green 27 colors located on different sides relative to middle vertical hinge 23. At that, red color 26 horizontal plank 24 has on the pneumatic cylinder rod side connected directly to atmosphere through the adjustable by the section cross-section of adjustable valve 15, and green color 27 horizontal plank 24 has on the side of pneumatic cylinder rod, connected through hose 13 with working chamber 14 of device. Together with rocker 19 and the middle vertical hinge 23, horizontal plank 24 represents a system for measuring the porosity of the road pavements when monitoring their density in the middle, at the end and after the compaction process. Side walls of working chamber 14 consist of two elastic rings 28 of different diameter, installed coaxially with hole 3 with a gap between them in 8–10 mm and stitched between each other in the middle of height of rings 28 with strong thread 29, and in cylindrical space between side walls of working chamber there is preheated to liquid state and then cooled super-elastic rubber-polymer substance 30.
