FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: suspended vacuum chamber is made in the form of a flat board equipped with a seal along its entire perimeter, and the source of vacuum creation in the chamber is formed by a combination of straight air valves installed on the board and connecting the chamber cavity with the external space, and a vibration mechanism of reciprocal motion that connects the board and the roller frame. At the same time the vibration mechanism is made in the form of an electromagnet motor, the anchor of which is connected to the board, and the stator - with the roller frame. Besides, in the chamber cavity there is at least one sealing bar installed, which is equal to the width of the board and is mounted on it perpendicularly to the roller motion direction and made, for instance, from heat-resistant rubber with hardness from 50 to 80 Shore units.
EFFECT: simplified design of a vacuum chamber and improved efficiency of its operation.
