FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing for engineering surveys in construction. The installation includes a lever press with a lever, a stamp and weights, a mold with a material sample and a system for measuring its deformation. The lever consists of two beams split in the middle. The first and second parts of the split beams are connected in pairs by hinged plates along the axis of symmetry of the beams, providing a distance between the ends of the beams of about 1 mm. In this case, the first parts of the beams are connected in the middle through a vertical support resting on the base of the installation, as well as through a hinge of a stamp adjustable in height. The first parts of the split beams can carry the weights of the lever counterweight on the side opposite the vertical support from the punch hinge if it is necessary to regulate the load on the punch. The second parts of the beams carry the weights that load the stamp. All weights have the ability to smoothly move along the surface of the lever. A box-section shape with a sample of road-building material is installed in the base of the installation and is made collapsible. For double measurements of the rheological characteristics of road building materials, it is possible to shift it along the surface of the base of the installation. The system for measuring deformation of road-building material consists of an inextensible thread connecting the punch hinge through guides with a fiber-optic linear displacement sensor, the linear displacement sensor itself in the form of a computer "mouse" and a laptop. The computer and computer "mouse" are installed on a vertical stand with a horizontal table top.
