FIELD: oil-field geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-field geophysics and can be used in process of acoustic logging of wells. Disclosed is an acoustic well instrument with a built-in diagnostic system, comprising a system of radiators and receivers of acoustic signals, a telemetry unit comprising an analogue-to-digital converter with a data analysis unit, a microcontroller, and a ground-based control unit. Device is additionally equipped with diagnostic unit in form of independent sensors by number of emitters and receivers of acoustic signals, each of which is installed on one shaft in close proximity to its emitter and receiver of acoustic signals, and data analysis unit, which is part of downhole control unit and connected by means of microcontroller with independent sensors.
EFFECT: high accuracy of monitoring and transmitting measured parameters in real time mode, as well as diagnostics of a downhole acoustic device in real time mode and high reliability and efficiency of geophysical survey.
