FIELD: astronautics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to on-board equipment of spacecraft (SC). Control system comprises a unit for determining the position of the observation object relative to the SC and a unit for generating control commands for observation equipment (OE). Control device of guidance equipped with stationary and movable mirrors, detachable attachment assemblies and detachable OE is installed on spacecraft illuminator. There are units for: determination of position parameters of guidance control device relative to SC, control of position of observation object relative to guidance control device, determining the parameters of the current position of the movable mirror, generating commands to control the position of the movable mirror, controlling the position of the movable mirror relative to the object, the OE and the stationary mirror.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing high-accuracy guidance and tracking of specified surveillance objects on underlying surface by means of removable surveillance equipment.
