FIELD: space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of the equipment of a manned spacecraft (MS). The method includes determining the position of the monitoring equipment (ME) relative to the MS, setting the parameters of the ME, predicting the boundaries of the area of the location of the landmark (LL) relative to the PC at a given time interval and forming control actions on the AN. At the same time, before making observations, the reorientation of the ME axis of sight is determined to the positions corresponding to the condition of coverage by the ME field of view of the predicted LL, and the angular mismatch (E) between the constructed and fixed positions of the specified axis is determined. The minimum ME angular spread of the field of view P > 2E is set. The predicted LL is divided into cells with a linear size depending on P, E, and H: the minimum distance from the MS to the landmark in the visibility interval (T) with the MS of the specified LL (area S). Shooting is performed at the moments when the ME axis of sight passes the centers of cells at intervals depending on P, E, H, S, etc.
EFFECT: guaranteed shooting of the entire LL relative to the MS.
