SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space equipment. Device for orientation of the observation equipment carried on board the manned spacecraft has a detachable connection, one of the detachable parts of which is rigidly connected to the observation equipment, rods on which the ultrasonic emitters are placed. Rods are rigidly connected with the other detachable part of detachable connection. In addition, there are rod-mounted visual information displaying means, a temperature sensor, a transceiver and a controller. Controller is connected to visual information displaying means, temperature sensor, transceiver and emitters. Display screen of the visual information display device is located outside the projection of the surveillance equipment on the plane formed by said screen, wherein said plane makes with the viewing device viewing screen plane the viewing angle ≤45°.
