FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology, namely to devices for obtaining information on the shape, topology and other properties of the surface of the object. A device for controlling the curvilinear shape of the reflecting surface of the mirror-type antenna system includes an antenna reflector and a scanner with a control system connected to the output of the computing device. Device further comprises an optical beam source and an optical receiver mounted on the scanner, first and second signal squarer, an adder, a unit for extracting square root of a value, a divider and a unit for calculating the angle of position of the optical beam on the surface of the reflector, wherein the output of the optical beam source is connected to the input of the first squarer and the first input of the divider, and the second input of the divider is connected to the output of the optical receiver, connected to the input of the second squarer, wherein output of second squarer is connected to second input of adder, first input of which is connected to output of first squarer, and output of adder is connected to input of unit for calculating square root, wherein the output of the computing device connected to the first input, the second input of which is connected to the output of the unit for calculating the angle of position of the optical beam, the input of which is connected to the output of the divider.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of measuring the shape type and non-uniformity of an arbitrary curved reflecting surface of the antenna system.
