FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a suture anchor, a device for fixing suture material in a solid tissue by liquefaction in situ of a material having thermoplastic properties, and a surgical device. Suture anchor can be fixed in a hard tissue by liquefaction in situ of a material with thermoplastic properties. Retainer comprises material having thermoplastic properties, and has distal end made with possibility of introduction into solid fabric. Retainer represents a one-piece retainer. Retainer is made with possibility of connection with tool, at that said connection is made with possibility of compressing force, as well as mechanical vibrations transfer to retainer. Fixator has system of passes and/or grooves to hold at least one suture material. Locking material having thermoplastic properties is liquefiable at combined action of axial compressive force and mechanical vibration to fluidity of liquefied material, as a result of which lateral displacement of said liquefied material occurs with simultaneous reduction of axial size of retainer. Proposed device comprises retainer and tool. Instrument has a distal end connected or made with possibility of being connected to the retainer by means of a connection. Connection between the distal end of the instrument and the retainer is detachable and is configured to transmit a compressive force and mechanical vibration from the instrument to the retainer. Surgical device comprises a retainer and an instrument. Fixture has a fixator portion, the distal end of which is configured to be inserted into the solid tissue. Instrument has a distal end connected or made with possibility of being connected to the specified section of the retainer by means of connection directly. Joint directly provides physical contact between the distal end of the instrument and the said retainer section. Connection directly between the distal end of the instrument and the retainer portion is detachable, and is configured to transmit compressive force and mechanical vibration from said tool to said retainer portion. Locking material having thermoplastic properties, is liquefied at combined action of axial compressive force and mechanical vibration to fluidity of liquefied material, as a result of which lateral displacement of liquefied material occurs with simultaneous reduction of axial size of retainer.
EFFECT: technical result is the simplification of the method and device and/or strength of attachment in the hard tissue of the suture material or fixator of the suture material/fixator with the head, application for minimally invasive surgeries and open surgical interventions.
