SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a securing retainer attachment device. Surgical suture retainer can be fixed in a hole made in a hard tissue by means of a material with thermoplastic properties and energy transferred to the suture retainer for local liquefaction of at least a part of the material with thermoplastic properties. Suture retainer has retainer leg and thermoplastic sleeve. In the retainer leg there is a system of channels and grooves or a system of channels with an inlet section on the proximal surface of the retainer leg. System is configured to pass a suture material in the form of a loop through it. Thermoplastic sleeve is arranged or made with possibility of arrangement coaxially with inlet section. Thermoplastic sleeve comprises a material having thermoplastic properties and is arranged or arranged to be placed on the proximal surface of the retainer leg. Suture retainer additionally comprises a stop member configured to secure the suture material without sliding relative to the hard tissue or a fastening sleeve configured to prevent damage to the suture material by the solid tissue edge around the inlet portion of the opening made in the solid tissue. Locking element or the fastening bushing can be fixed relative to the retainer leg when the retainer leg is in the fixed position. Assembly comprises the above surgical sutural and contact elements. Contact element is placed or is arranged with the possibility to be placed on the proximal surface of the retainer leg. Contact element is configured to pass from the retainer leg through the thermoplastic sleeve, and end sections of the suture material extend from the retainer leg through the contact element.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables providing soft tissue attachment to bone tissue with the help of suture material.
