SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polygon equipment, namely, to remotely controlled targets intended for lifting and lowering of target during training and combat firing at ground and air targets of helicopter-type. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a ground target helicopter-type installation comprises a base with a lifting mast connected to a target in the form of a shield imitating a helicopter, mast lifting means, which comprise at least one winch and a system of cable tie-rods connected to the mast and target, at that, to maintain vertical position during lifting and lowering, shield is hinged to mast and has shifted centre of gravity below connection point. Shield in lower part is equipped with weighting material and has groove inside which hinged joint of shield with mast. Cable rope system can be made in the form of two electric winches located in front and behind from the base, with ropes connected to the mast and side rope extensions connected to the target and located perpendicular to the mast movement trajectory.

EFFECT: objective of invention is creation of mobile ground target installation with simplicity of design with possibility of quick mounting (dismantling), and also providing possibility of target training and bombardment when it is on ground, during lifting (lowering) or when target is stopped in air position (hovering mode) at arbitrarily chosen point of trajectory at any level from ground surface to maximum height of target lifting.
