SUBSTANCE: invention relates to payment circuits using a mobile device. Method of generating a payment code on a mobile device for scanning and payment comprises steps of: receiving a mobile device operator's payment request; and generating a payment code based on the payment request, wherein the payment code comprises at least the following information: first information associated with the payment request, and second information associatively associated with behavioural biometric distinguishing feature of operator and historical behavioural biometric feature recorded in mobile device, wherein the behavioural biometric feature comprises at least one of a remote procedure protocol (RPC) request record, a scanning log, a position to hold the mobile device and finger pressing characteristics.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the number of required time and server resources for conducting risk management process when paying in stand-alone mode.
