FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used in production of construction coatings. Method involves providing an adhesive. Binding substance used is polyethylene terephthalate in ground form obtained from production wastes and/or solid municipal wastes and filler, their mixing and imparting the obtained crude mixture to the mould. At the same time the raw mix is imparted to the form by its distribution in surface irregularities intended for movement of motor transport or pedestrians, and after giving the crude mixture of the mould its heating is carried out at the temperature ensuring melting of polyethylene terephthalate.
EFFECT: technical result is improved operational properties of coatings.
