SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to roll mill, in particular, to planetary roller mill, which can be used for processing of high-charge loaded material, as well as to method of modification of roller mill and support plate for it. Mill comprises tank assembly installed on fixed frame and having inner surface, material feed device communicating with container assembly, grinding assembly arranged in container assembly under material feed device. At that, the grinding assembly contains a grinding ring, a shaft installed on the frame with possibility of rotation, the first and the second support plates attached to the shaft, multiple rollers installed with possibility of rotation on the support plates, and the air supply system. First and second support plates have a non-round shape. At that, mill for processing of loaded material may include container assembly mounted on fixed frame, material feeding device and grinding unit arranged in container assembly. Method for modifying a roller mill includes steps of providing a roller mill having a container assembly mounted on a fixed frame, and a grinding unit located in the container assembly and containing the first grinding ring, a shaft installed with possibility of rotation on the frame, a hub installed on one end of the shaft, a plurality of arms extending from the hub, a plurality of nodes of necks. Method involves removing a plurality of arms, a plurality of nodes of necks and a plurality of first rollers from a roller mill, providing a bushing, a first and a second support plate and a plurality of second rollers. Bushing is placed above the shaft and the bushing is attached to the shaft through the hub, and the support plates are attached to the bushing. Then, plurality of second rolls are installed with possibility of rotation between first and second support plates. Support plate for planetary roller mill comprises central part, at least one ledge extending radially outward from central part, wherein each of projections has asymmetric shape and part to receive pin for roller installation, wherein this part has central point.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides grinding, drying and/or burning of high-charge loaded material.
