SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating or cooling devices, including process facilities of industrial production, closed by shell and heated or cooled by action of gaseous and/or liquid heat carrier, input and output of which is carried out through branch pipes. Device includes an outer shell configured to cover a heated or cooled object and to retain heat or cold around it, and a heating or cooling element located inside the shell. Heating or cooling element used is gaseous or liquid heat carrier, and outer shell is made of heat-resistant material with possibility of input and output of heating or cooling element, at that shell is soft.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is possibility of effective effect on heated or cooled object and, in the presence of additional equipment, to collect and/or re-pumping heat carrier into thermal shell; device is safe and, depending on design, can be used for heating or cooling of various process facilities of industrial production.
