FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: surface heating device includes a layer of high heat capacity joined to system of heat supply, below which a heat protective layer is located, and a layer of alternating thermal conductivity is arranged above layer with high heat capacity. Composition of layer with alternating heat conductivity may include foamed polyurethane with open pores, and layer of high heat capacity may include particles of heat accumulating material with melting point from 30 to 60°C.

EFFECT: surface heating device uses accumulated heat only when snow is available on heated surface, consuming heat received from heating system in a sparing manner, taking significantly less energy to heat surface compared to available devices.
