SUBSTANCE: proposed is smaller portable sports equipment for individual trainings with rubber or power training apparatus, which in operation state is a rigid pipe of round section with located across the grip in central part of projectile and holders on ends for connection of rubber or elements of power training apparatus. Peculiar feature of claimed invention consists in availability of several versions of grip: transverse and longitudinal. Several versions of grip significantly expand functional capabilities of sports equipment, and in some sports it can become an indispensable element of training process. When using a sports equipment with a cross grip shell is converted into a kind of lever, which significantly increases the list of new exercises for development of rotational power, strength and muscle stabilizers. Nonprofessional and professional fighters presence of transverse grip provides a possibility to develop throwing equipment in a new way. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the sports equipment in the state ready for operation makes it possible for the person doing exercise, including with the help of a transverse grip, which is placed in the central part of the sports equipment. In implementation of said claimed sports equipment for training with rubber or power training apparatus broader functional capabilities and scope of sports equipment.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of several versions of retention of projectile and improved convenience of its use.
