FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of titanium-based powder materials. Mixture containing not more than 65 wt% of powder obtained by method of plasma spraying of titanium alloy VT-22, not less than 30 wt% of titanium powder PTM-1 and not more than 5 wt% of powder of nickel-aluminum alloy of grade N70U30. Obtained mixture is pressed at pressure of 1500–1900 MPa, and then sintering is carried out in protective atmosphere of helium at temperature of not less than 900 °C with holding for at least 4 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining titanium-based material with high hardness and strength.
