FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the GTE compressor titanium blades antivibration shelves recovery and reinforcement method and can be used in the aircraft engineering industry for repair and reinforcement of both used and new titanium blades of the GTE compressor. Method of laser facing includes application of powder material based on titanium. Powder material used is composite mixture of powders of titanium alloy and titanium carbide with fraction of 20–200 mcm and 10–70 mcm respectively in proportions of 3/17–1/4.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is achieved economic benefit due to increased resistance and overhaul period of working blades of GTE compressor, as well as increased manufacturability with minimizing of human factor effect at production.
